• New patients
New patients are always welcome. A completed New Patient Registration Form is required at the time of your first appointment. The form is available from Patient Forms on this website, or you may collect one from the Reception Desk at the Centre. Please bring with you any previous medical history that might be helpful, especially relevant Specialist letters.
ALL NEW PATIENTS REQUIRE A DOUBLE APPOINTMENT for their first visit.

• COVID Clinics: We are currently not offering COVID boosters, but the Mount Compass Pharmacy next to us is. Please ring them on 8556 8400 to schedule a time.

• Flu vaccines are available
Ring the Medical Centre to book your jab. Remember - flu vaccinations are bulk-billed.

• On-going care
We encourage everyone to keep up to date with regular medical checkups - eg bowel-cancer screening, mammograms, blood tests, diabetes management, blood pressure checks, immunisations, etc.
